Burglars strike at Morecambe Cricket Club

Their way smashed and stole money.

Police said the intrusion occurred at the club on Woodhill Lane at Morecambe involving 2.10am and 2.15’m on December 11.

Intruders forced some dividers and smashed a window before going into the club.

They then used hammers to smash their way to the gaming machines before escaping with #250 money.

If anyone saw anything suspicious now or if you live close the club and have CCTV subsequently please contact authorities.

Police said that there are a range of burglaries that were similar lately where small companies are being targeted.

The advice is to make sure premises are protected, that your CCTV is currently working that valuables are out of sight and if you’ve got it.

They gathered through Canada in 31.5 overs to take top place from the group from Bangladesh, who will face India in a quarter-final.

Pakistan, England, South Africa and Afghanistan also have qualified for the final eight.
